Hey everyone,

I hope your Memorial Day was fun & restful and a great start to your summer. I decided to wait for all of you to get back from your long holiday weekend to post.

And… I’m keeping it short, sweet and to the point for you as well. But, I think you’ll find the insight this week extremely valuable to your leadership.

Wise leaders know the difference between a “Skeptic” and a “Cynic”.

Skeptics are people who have questions and need answers but can be convinced.

Cynics are people who are just out to fight. They have no interest in being enlightened or convinced of your opinion.

Wise is the leader who knows the difference.

Talk to and interact with one.

Don’t waste your time on the other.

You’ll save a lot of breath, tension, stress, heartache and pain in the long run if you do.
