How to Define a Win!
November 25, 2013
When people connect the dots between what they do & the stories of Life-Change, Motivation goes Way Up!!!
Stories move the Heart like Data never can.
Numbers tell a story, they just don’t tell the whole story.
Numbers tell a story, its just a very thin one.
The Best Way to Define a “Win” is with:
1. A Name.
2. A Story.
Increasing sales by 16% next quarter will motivate a little. Telling the story of a customer who’s life was improved/changed/delighted/impacted by what your team did motivates a lot!
? What story is your organization telling?
? What can you do to Amplify that story inside & outside of your organization?
