1. We had 100,000,000 other options, but we chose your hotel. Make us glad we did.
2. We’d rather be at home too, but we’re not, so be as glad to see us as an old friend would be.
3. Anything “free” you can give me, like a water bottle, or cookie is going to make me feel good after a long day of traveling.
