We wanted to create a place where leaders from every walk of life can have access to easy, applicable and relevant content that can change their leadership a little at a time. If we will be intentional about growing as a leader, over time, we will become more of who God wants us to be. In the church I lead, we use “Discipleship” and “Leadership Development” synonymously. When people are on the field, leading, developing their gifts and strengths, and serving others, they are becoming more like Jesus Christ.
MattKellerOnline.com is the virtual extension of our heart to develop leaders across our nation and around the world.
