Leadership Development: It's What You're Doing!

For the past 2 years, in the fall, we have hosted a Leadership Training Event for Business Leaders in southwest Florida called Advance One Day. The only goal in the entire thing is to Add Value to business leaders and help them do what they do better. Last year, Kyle Jackson and I did a joint session in which we talked about

“How we Think about Leadership Development.”

If there’s one thing we are serious about at Next Level Church, it is Leadership Development. We believe the key to our success now and forever is wholly based upon the Quality and Quantity of Leaders we can develop.
