I am the founder and lead coach of The Next Level Coaching Co. and Advanced Leadership which stemmed from a passion of mine to coach leaders and pastors. For as long as I can remember I’ve been seeking out those that are discouraged and stuck in their leadership development with the full purpose of encouraging them and guiding them through practical steps to take their leadership to the next level. What started as several one-on-one meetings soon morphed into virtual group coaching, on-sites and staff/team teaching with churches, business and organizations of all kinds.
